A young woman with Down’s syndrome, wearing a pink bow headband and a floral shirt, focuses intently on skills-based training as she works with her hands at a table in a creative studio. Shelves and another person appear in the background.

Everyone wants
to be valued for
what they do

For young people, especially those with intellectual and/or physical disabilities finding employment can be tough. That’s why Compass created social enterprises like our cafés, farm, retail store, commercial kitchen and lawn and garden business. These ventures offer valuable opportunities to develop real-world skills, fostering a sense of achievement, purpose and self-esteem.

Our enterprises are fully integrated into the community, meeting local needs while providing meaningful chances for our trainees to learn, grow, thrive and connect. We’re just getting started, so come visit us for a unique and memorable experience!

What if…

you could be the difference?
